The BTX Level 1 program is created for people with a good fitness level or intermediates in calisthenics. You should be able to do at least 5 clean pull-ups in a row to begin this program and get the most out of it. It will help you to drastically improve your the strength for calisthenics exercises more advanced moves. Each workout demonstrates the basic performance of a move so there is no specific experience in calisthenics required.
There is no subscription or hidden fees when purchasing the BTX Level 2 Program. You only pay once when you sign up and get lifetime access.
When you are purchasing any of the BTX programs you will sign up with a username and password. This is your login for accessing all the content on whatever device you like, whenever and wherever you are. Then just follow the program - Week 1, Workout 1 - let's train! In these 4 weeks you will become stronger and stronger while learning the steps to the basic exercises like pull-ups, leg raises, handstands and more advanced push-up variations. A huge part of the program is focussed on building strength and increasing fitness so that you can progress towards your goals. However, BTX Level 2 is tailored to people who have a basic to intermediate fitness level. You will need to be able to do 5 clean consecutive pull-ups to take on the 4 weeks. Then the program will continue to build this strength and get you doing amazing calisthenic moves.
