BTX Level 3 is created for intermediate and advanced calisthenics athletes. You should be able to do 15-20 pull-ups in a row to begin this course. You should also have an understanding of basic calisthenics moves, such as push-up variations, for example, archer push-ups and in-and-out push-ups. Level 3 is designed to increase your fitness and strength by pushing you physically. It aims to teach you the ultimate techniques so that you can achieve the more advanced moves, like the muscle-up. Each workout demonstrates the basic performance of a move, suited to intermediate athletes ready to take things to the next level.
A huge part of the program is focussed on building strength and increasing fitness so that you can progress towards your goals. However, BTX Level 3 is relatively advanced and you will need to be able to do 15-20 clean consecutive pull-ups to take on the 4 weeks. Then the program will continue to build this strength and get you doing amazing calisthenic moves.
There is no subscription or hidden fees when purchasing the BTX Pre-Program. You only pay once when you sign up and get lifetime access.
