This is your login for accessing all the content on whatever device you like, whenever and wherever you are. Then just follow the program - Week 1, Workout 1 - let's train! Each week you will find 4 workouts and every one consists of high quality and straight to the point video lessons, so you can see and hear what you have to do. Barstarzz BTX uses calisthenic techniques and high intensity workout routines in order to train your body using just your own bodyweight (and the barzz, of course). With the BTX Level 1 program you get a proven 4-week workout plan that introduces a NEW skill training every day along with the most effective workout routines. You only have to spend 30-45 minutes 4 times a week and get impressive results. In these 4 weeks you will become stronger and stronger while learning the steps to the basic exercises like pull-ups, leg raises, handstands and more advanced push-up variations. You will also have a personal progress dashboard that shows you exactly where you are and which achievements you’ve made. AND you will be part of a global community that supports you and pushes you harder than you ever could doing it all by yourself!
A huge part of the program is focussed on building strength and increasing fitness so that you can progress gradually towards your goals - with only 30-45 mins workout time 4-5 times per week. We mix up the routines to train all of your muscle groups, independently and together. So you don't need to be strong when you begin - but you will be when you are done!
